Καλεσμένος ομιλήτης Dr. Nina Esaki Ph.D., Assistant Professor at the Springfield College Department of Social Work, USA, 9/12/2022

Στα πλαίσια του ΔΠΜΣ «Κοινοτική Εργασία και Κοινωνική Οικονομία» του τμήματος Κοινωνικής Εργασίας του ΕΛΜΕΠΑ συμμετείχε ως καλεσμένη ομιλήτρια η Dr Nina, από το Springfield College Department of Social Work των ΗΠΑ. Η Dr Esaki παρουσίασε την σημαντικότητα του Logic Model στο σχεδιασμό και στην αξιολόγηση σε υπηρεσίες και οργανισμούς.

Briefly for Dr Nina Esaki. She has a PhD, MSW, MBA. She is an Assistant Professor Department of Social Work. Prior to her current position, she was the Director of Research at the Andrus Sanctuary Institute, the training and consulting home of an evidence-supported trauma-informed organizational change intervention called the Sanctuary Model. Nina has published a number of peer-reviewed journal articles on organizational change and related topics, such as transformational leadership, presented at numerous conferences, and was a 2020 Sam and Bonnie Rechter Family Trust Project on Positive Leadership Fellow from the University of Louisville College of Business. Prior to her career as a researcher, Nina spent over 15 years in the corporate human resources field. She obtained her undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from Columbia University, an MSW from Fordham University, and a PhD in Social Welfare from the University at Albany.
